Outreach, Education, & Advocacy

Cambodian Association has had over 30 years of outreaching and educating the Cambodian-American community in the Greater Philadelphia region. Connecting and engaging community members is key to servicing the community as well as learn the on-going needs. Together, Cambodian Association continues to be the voice at the table and nationally where we speak about issues and needs to local and national larger organizational entities, decision makers, and policy makers.

Cambodian Association of Greater Philadelphia has been a strong supportive force in the Asian-American community here in Philadelphia. We represent the Southeast Asian Refugee & Immigrant Experience where we continually advocate for visibility and equal resources.

From organizing local events and collaborating with other community based organizations who service other ethnic minorities, we promote bridging the resource and service gap in our city. We travel nationally across the country speaking at large conventions, conferences, and retreats to speak about the many positive and much needed resources need in the city of Philadelphia. It is important to empower ourselves and our community so that all can become productive citizens and live in equitable standards of living.
