Programs
Adult and Youth Volunteer Program
CAGP offers volunteer opportunities for youth and adults. Only candidates that successfully pass the interview and submit all required documents as indicated in the Volunteer Application will be selected to volunteer at CAGP. More information will come.
After-School Program
The Youth and Family/Community Enrichment Program, with funding support from the City of Philadelphia under the Mayor's Initiative/ Children Investment Strategy, is the Cambodian Association's after school program held at CAGP's South Philadelphia Center. More information will come.
Asian Wellness Program
Throught the Asian Wellness Program, participants are given information on mental health and support with referrals and follow-up services as needed. More information will come.
Basic Case Management
The services this program offers includes interpretation, sight translation, service referrals, assistance with applying for public benefits, assistance with seeking health care coverage and ect. More information will come.
Breast Cancer Education
Funded by the Susan G. Komen Foundation, CAGP's breast cancer education program has the goal of educating and outreaching to the community on breast health. More information will come.
Elderly Citizenship Program
The Elderly Citizenship Program assists the elderly (ages 60 and up) with the citizenship application process, including application completion, and ect. More information will come.
Healthy Family Program
CAGP's Healthy Family Program is funded by the PA Office of Refugee Resettlement Program. The goal of the program is to help promote healthy families through providing participants with training on effective communication.More information will come.
Khmer Elderly Service Program
The purpose of the Khmer Elderly Service Program (KESP) is to provide support services to low-income, elderly Cambodian-Americans. Because of language and cultural barriers, many older Cambodian-Americans are deprived of a variety of necessary resources. More information will come.
Khmer Language & Culture Program
Through funding from the School District of Philadelphia's Office of Language, Culture, and the Arts, CAGP is able to implement a Khmer Language Program. More information will come.
Outreach Program
The goal of the Outreach Program is to provide social services to refugees. Services range from assistance with interpretation, sight translation, applying for medical assistance, referrals, help with obtaining citizenship, and ect. More information will come.
Parenting Enhancement Program
The Parenting Enhancement Program strives to provide valuable parenting education classes and other services to support parents in making decisions for their families. More information will come.
Summer Camp Enrichment Program
This program has offered a summer haven for our youth ages 5-12. With a unique blend of social, academic, and cultural components, this program engages our children in fun activities and field trips to enhance and enrich their academic pursuits. More information will come.
Summer Career Exploration Program
This program is offered to high school students who have completed the 10th grade with the objective of exposing them to hands-on experience in various career choices. More information will come.
Traditional Cambodian Dance Program
The Traditional Cambodian Dance Program is CAGP's long-running cultural program teaching youths ages 6 thru 21 the traditional Cambodian arts of song, dance, and storytelling. More information will come. |
